Chicken Chettinad Gravy

Ingredients
- 300 g chicken curry cut
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 100 g Nature's Miracle Chettinad gravy
- 1 cup Boiled water
- 6 leaves Curry leaves
- 2 leaves Coriander leaves
- Salt & black pepper β as per taste
Instructions
- Pre-marinate chicken curry cuts with salt and red chili
- Heat the pan and add 1tbsp of coconut oil
- Add marinated chicken into the pan and sear on all sides for 5-8 minutes
- Add the Chettinad gravy to the pan and add 1 cup of water and bring it to a boil. Cover the pan, reduce heat, and allow to simmer, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
- Check salt and spice levels for individual preference
- Finish with fried curry leaves and finally garnish it with coriander leaves.
