Chicken Chettinad Gravy

Ingredients

  • 300 gms Chicken curry cut
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 100 gms Natures Miracle Chettinad gravy (BUY NOW)
  • 1 cup Boiled water
  • 6 leaves Curry leaves
  • 2 leaves Coriander leaves
  • Salt & black pepper- as per taste

Instructions

  1. Pre-marinate chicken curry cuts with salt and red chili
  2. Heat the pan and add 1tbsp of coconut oil
  3. Add marinated chicken into the pan and sear on all sides for 5-8 minutes
  4. Add the Chettinad gravy to the pan and add 1 cup of water and bring to a boil. Cover the pan, reduce heat, and allow to simmer, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
  5. Check salt and spice levels for individual preference
  6. Finish with fried curry leaves and finally garnish it with coriander leaves.
