
Ragu Lasagna

For the stuffing:
- Heat a little oil in a pan
- Sauté minced garlic and onion
- Add diced vegetables like zucchini, bell peppers
- Once the vegetables are cooked add tomato concasse and season with salt and pepper.

For the Bechamel sauce:
- Melt two tablespoons of butter.
- Add equal amount of flour and stir making sure no lumps are formed
- Once the flour has cooked out add 1 ¼ cups of milk little by little
- Bring to a boil and turn off the heat.

Then:
- Boil your lasagna sheets as per package instructions.
- 2 .Add the Nature's Miracle Vegetarian Ragu Sauce to the pan and add the cooked vegetable stuffing.
- Layer in a baking dish alternating with the Lasagna sheets, stuffing and bechamel sauce.
- Top with grated mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 mins.
- Garnishing with parsley.
- Plate and Serve hot.
