Ragu Lasagna

Ingredients

  • Lasagna Sheets
  • Nature’s Miracle Ragu Sauce
  • Butter
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • Flour
  • Chopped vegetables: Garlic, Onion, Zucchini, bell peppersĀ 
    Mozzarella cheese, Parsley

Instructions

  1. For the stuffing:

    • Heat a little oil in a pan.Ā 
    • SautĆ© minced garlic and onion
    • Add diced vegetables like zucchini, bell peppersĀ 
    • Once the vegetables are cooked, add tomato concasse and season with salt and pepper.
  2. For the Bechamel sauce:

    • Melt two tablespoons of butter.
    • Add equal amount of flour and stir, making sure no lumps are formed
    • Once the flour has cooked out, add 1 ¼ cups of milk little by little
    • Bring to a boil and turn off the heat.
  3. Then:

    • Boil your lasagna sheets as per package instructions.
    • Add the Nature's Miracle Vegetarian Ragu Sauce to the pan and add the cooked vegetable stuffing.
    • Layer in a baking dish alternating with the lasagna sheets, stuffing and bĆ©chamel sauce.
    • Top with grated mozzarella cheese.
    • Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 mins.
    • Garnishing with parsley.
    • Plate and serve hot.
