- Butter

¼ cup of milk
- Flour

Chopped vegetables: Garlic, Onion, Zucchini, bell peppersĀMozzarella cheese, Parsley
Instructions

For the stuffing:
- Heat a little oil in a pan.Ā
- SautƩ minced garlic and onion
- Add diced vegetables like zucchini, bell peppersĀ
- Once the vegetables are cooked, add tomato concasse and season with salt and pepper.

For the Bechamel sauce:
- Melt two tablespoons of butter.
- Add equal amount of flour and stir, making sure no lumps are formed
- Once the flour has cooked out, add 1 ¼ cups of milk little by little
- Bring to a boil and turn off the heat.

Then:
- Boil your lasagna sheets as per package instructions.
- Add the Nature's Miracle Vegetarian Ragu Sauce to the pan and add the cooked vegetable stuffing.
- Layer in a baking dish alternating with the lasagna sheets, stuffing and bƩchamel sauce.
- Top with grated mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 mins.
- Garnishing with parsley.
- Plate and serve hot.
