Ratatouille by Karishma Mehta

Ingredients

  • Natures Miracle Ratatouille Spread (Buy Now)
  • 2 medium Green Zucchini, finely sliced
  • 2 medium Yellow zucchini, finely sliced
  • 2 small long Aubergines finely sliced
  • 2 - 3 small Tomatoes finely sliced
  • 2 small Onions sliced into rings
  • Pinch of dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp red Chili Flakes
  • 1 tsp San Lorenzo Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Buy Now)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  •  Spread 1 to 1 and 1/2 cups of the Nature's Miracle Ratatouille Spread onto your baking dish.
  •  Arrange one slice of each vegetable, aubergine, green zucchini, yellow zucchini, tomato and onion on your baking dish and continue until the baking dish is full.
  •  Sprinkle some oregano, salt, and chili flakes.
  •  Bake 30 minutes in the oven. If your veggies are not tender bake for another 10 minutes.
  •  Serve hot.
