Ingredients
- Nature's Miracle Ratatouille Spread
- 2 medium Green Zucchini, finely sliced
- 2 medium Yellow zucchini, finely sliced
- 2 small long aubergines, finely sliced
- 2 - 3 small Tomatoes finely sliced
- 2 small Onions sliced into rings
- Pinch of dried Oregano
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- 1 tsp San Lorenzo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Spread 1 to 1 and 1/2 cups of the Nature's Miracle Ratatouille Spread onto your baking dish.
- Arrange one slice of each vegetable, aubergine, green zucchini, yellow zucchini, tomato and onion on your baking dish and continue until the baking dish is full.
- Sprinkle some oregano, salt, and chilli flakes.
- Bake for 30 minutes in the oven. If your veggies are not tender, bake for another 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
