Baked Rigatoni with Ragu Sauce by Karishma Mehta

Ingredients

  • Nature's Miracle Ragu Pasta Sauce
  • Rigatoni Pasta 200 gm
  • San Lorenzo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Garlic
  • Onions
  • Carrots
  • Capsicum
  • Zucchini
  • Mushroom
  • Mozarella Cheese
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese (Optional)
  • Basil/Parsley leaves (for Garnishing)

Instructions

  • Boil 200 gm rigatoni pasta in salted water. Save ¼ cup pasta water.
  • Sauté garlic + onion in San Lorenzo Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  • Add carrots, capsicum, zucchini, and mushrooms. Cook till soft.
  • Stir in 1 cup of Nature's Miracle Ragu Sauce + paste water. Simmer.
  • Mix in the pasta and layer it into a baking dish.
  • Top with mozzarella + cheddar cheese and a little parmesan if you like.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 15-18 mins till golden and bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh basil or parsley. Serve hot.
