Baked Rigatoni with Ragu Sauce by Karishma Mehta

Ingredients
- Nature's Miracle Ragu Pasta Sauce
- Rigatoni Pasta 200 gm
- San Lorenzo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Garlic
- Onions
- Carrots
- Capsicum
- Zucchini
- Mushroom
- Mozarella Cheese
- Cheddar Cheese
- Parmesan Cheese (Optional)
- Basil/Parsley leaves (for Garnishing)
Instructions
- Boil 200 gm rigatoni pasta in salted water. Save ¼ cup pasta water.
- Sauté garlic + onion in San Lorenzo Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Add carrots, capsicum, zucchini, and mushrooms. Cook till soft.
- Stir in 1 cup of Nature's Miracle Ragu Sauce + paste water. Simmer.
- Mix in the pasta and layer it into a baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella + cheddar cheese and a little parmesan if you like.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 15-18 mins till golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley. Serve hot.
