Green Cherry Tomato Salsa by Karishma Mehta

Ingredients

• 1 Natures Miracle Green Candy Tomatoes
• 1 Natures Miracle Jalapeno
• 1 Onion
• 2-3 cloves Garlic
• Coriander
• Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Cumin Powder

Instructions

• Add the Natures Miracle Green Candy Tomatoes to a baking tray.
• Add 1/2 diced onion, 1 jalapeño, 2-3 garlic cloves and salt.
• Bake for 20 minutes at 180C.
• Blend till chunky.
• Add in diced onion, coriander, lemon juice and 1 tsp cumin powder.
• Mix well.
• Serve cold and dig in with Tortillas or with tacos or burritos.
