Natures Miracle Special Pesto

Ingredients

• 80 gms fresh basil leaves, plus more for garnish
• 2 garlic cloves, peeled but whole
• 60 gms parmigiano- raggiano, finely grated (about ¾ cup)
• 30 gms pistachios
• 120 grams extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

In a food processor, combine the basil, garlic, Pecorine Romano, Parmigiano- Reggiano,pine nuts, pistachios and olive oil and blend until smooth.
