Natures Miracle Special Pesto

Ingredients

• 80 g fresh basil leaves, plus more for garnish
• 2 garlic cloves, peeled but whole
• 60 g parmigiano-raggiano, finely grated (about ¾ cup)
• 30 g pistachios
• 120 grams extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

In a food processor, combine the basil, garlic, Pecorino Romano, Parmigiano-Reggiano, pine nuts, pistachios and olive oil and blend until smooth.
