
Stuffed Peppers by Karishma Mehta

Ingredients
- 1 Natures Miracle Snack Peppers (Buy Now)Â
- 1 Onion diced
- 1 Capsicum diced
- 1 cup Corn boiled and crushed
- 1 tbsp Green Chilli
- 1 tbsp Mixed Herbs
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- 1 Slice snacking peppers.
- Remove the seeds.
- Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together
- 1 diced onionÂ
- 1 diced capsicumÂ
- 1 cup boiled and crushed cornÂ
- 1 tbsp minced garlicÂ
- 1 cup grated paneer
- 1 tbsp green chilliÂ
- 1 tbsp mixed herbsÂ
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- Salt to taste
- Mix wellÂ
- Add 1 tbsp in each of the peppers
- Bake in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes at 220C
- Dig in!
