Stuffed Peppers by Karishma Mehta

🕒 Prep time: 10 minutes 🥘 Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Nature's Miracle Snack Pepper
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 1 Capsicum diced
  • 1 cup corn, boiled and crushed
  • 1 tbsp Green Chilli
  • 1 tbsp Mixed Herbs
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • 1 slice of snacking peppers.
  • Remove the seeds.
  • Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix together
  • 1 diced onion 
  • 1 diced capsicum 
  • 1 cup boiled and crushed corn 
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic 
  • 1 cup grated paneer
  • 1 tbsp green chilli 
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs 
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Mix well 
  • Add 1 tbsp in each of the peppers
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes at 220°C
  • Dig in!
