The gravy is inspired from the famous dish Chicken Chettinad, but our version is a vegetarian gravy to give a taste of the south with a mix of chili, coconut, curry leaves and mustard seed tempering. How to Use
✅ Use for cooking meats and your choice-Chicken/ Mutton
✅ Used for cooking vegetables of your choice- mix vegetables, mushroom, gobi, paneer
✅ For veg: Saute the vegetables then add in the gravy
✅ For non-veg: Cook the chicken or mutton till half done then add the gravy. Have it with roti/ dosa/ rice as you like.
